I want to show that black and white can be incredible!

My starting point was simple: How can I express the style I truly love while representing a state of flow?

I went back through my old sketchbooks, and it became obvious.

My design is inspired by wild instinct, quiet strength, and the flow state. I work entirely in black and white for harmony, contrast, and because it’s a style I love to wear, and that anyone can wear easily.

The pair is created freehand, directly on the shoe, no projector, no stencil, no digital sketch. I use fine pen plume with a special paint, and everything is sealed with a protective varnish so it can be worn every day.

The composition wraps around the entire shoe, flowing around the foot. You can turn the pair in your hands and never see the same image twice.

The central figure is a feline drawn in a mandala-like way. It represents instinct, sharpness, and silent confidence. The surrounding patterns evoke energy, motion, and the flow itself. The sneaker becomes a living surface of movement.

I call this pair Jungle Flow because its overall energy is both wild and controlled.

I love working in fine detail, letting the story appear as you get closer. I want the pair to work on two levels : from afar, it feels fluid and light; up close, it reveals a whole universe of intricate details.

I especially loved creating this pair as part of a challenge, it pushed me to go even deeper into my process.

The surface is suede.
