ORDERS AND DELIVERY
Please note all services are subject to availability and may change or be removed at short notice. Every pair crafted through our platform is custom-made - a collaboration between artist and collector - so each order deserves time and care.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 3–7 working days (Monday–Friday). For made-to-order items, this processing time begins once your custom design is completed. Once crafted and quality-checked, your sneakers ship from our central Manchester hub to your location worldwide.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTY
Depending on your country, import duties, tariffs, or taxes may apply when your order reaches customs. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are factored into the overall shipping estimate at checkout wherever possible.
If your country’s customs office requests additional payment for clearance, please be aware this is standard procedure for international imports. Refusal to pay import fees may result in your order being returned, and unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds in these cases.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your sneakers leave our Manchester Hub, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking link. You can follow the journey in real time - from our artists’ hands to your doorstep.
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your parcel, please check with neighbours, building staff, or your local courier depot before reaching out.
EXTENDED AND PRE-ORDER DELIVERIES
Occasionally, some pairs will be listed as Extended Delivery or Pre-Order - these will ship in line with the advertised timeline or the date confirmed in your order email.We’ll keep you updated at every stage.
WHERE WE SHIP
We currently deliver to most international locations. Please note we’re unable to deliver to BFPO, RAF, or PO Box addresses. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, drop us a message at support@canvvs.com before ordering.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
You can purchase using all major debit and credit cards, including American Express, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Klarna. Gift cards and limited collaboration credits can also be redeemed at checkout.
Your bank or payment provider may apply conversion rates or additional processing fees.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Because each pair is a bespoke piece of wearable art, created specifically for you, we operate a no-returns policy.
Every sneaker is handcrafted and finished individually - we hope you’ll love them as much as the artist loved making them.
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and details so we can resolve the issue.
WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please double-check your delivery address before completing checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur additional re-delivery fees.
DELAYED DELIVERY
Processing and delivery times may vary during high-volume periods or due to customs inspections.
SHIPPING COSTS
All shipping costs are non-refundable unless we are responsible for an error.
