The Story
Salut! I’m Guillaume, known as Guitho Custom, a French artist who works only in black and white. I’m 34 and from Rennes. Though I studied Environmental Engineering, my real passion has always been drawing. During my travels with my wife, I carried a sketchbook everywhere. In New Zealand, I met a custom artist who taught me the basics, and that’s where my journey began. Later, while living in Réunion Island, I started my sneaker customisation business in 2021. I was one of the first on the island, and it quickly took off. I love every step, from chatting with clients to creating designs and customising their shoes. My style focuses on fine black-and-white lines, using pens and even a tattoo machine for shading. Creating unique, wearable art that makes people smile is what drives me.
