This custom sneaker is a tribute to one of the most iconic universes of my childhood: Pokémon, with a special focus on the legendary Team Rocket. Designed as a wearable canvas, this piece blends nostalgia, storytelling, and craftsmanship into a bold visual statement.
The vibrant blue base evokes a world of water and motion, serving as the perfect backdrop for hand-painted characters that instantly bring the Pokémon universe to life. On one side, Team Rocket stands proudly—confident, mischievous, and unforgettable—alongside Meowth and other familiar companions. On the opposite side, playful and expressive Pokémon emerge, creating a dynamic contrast between rebellion and adventure.
Every detail was carefully thought out: the color choices, the composition of the characters, and the way the artwork flows naturally with the shape of the sneaker. The glossy water-drop effects add depth and movement, as if the scene itself is alive and in action.

I genuinely enjoyed every step of the creative process—from concept to final brushstroke—pouring passion, precision, and respect for the Pokémon universe into this custom piece.
