Where The Eagles Flow.

I wanted to create a shoe for the High Flyers, the ones that dare to dream and have the courage to achieve it. For the ones who were told their heads were in the clouds, and that they should be more realistic. For the people striving to be or at the top of the mountain, the top of their respected game that embody the eagle's spirit of excellence. The Eagles vision and precision is unmatched and i believe its a perfect symbol to represent the judges who are all at the top of their game.

I kept it fairly straightforward with this concept and stuck to my strengths which is painting. I love the freedom that birds represent and love painting them so it made sense for me to centre the piece around a bird, and for the grand scale of this competition, an eagle was the perfect choice. I wanted the assets on the shoe to flow harmoniously with the shape and design of the shoe, and give the feeling that the shoe is literally in the clouds, up in the sky Where The Eagles Flow.
