The Story
Watching my older brother draw sparked my love for art, and I soon began sketching too. During the pandemic, I finally focused on my craft. While sketching Looney Tunes, my sister joked I should try drawing on shoes—so I did. I painted her white Vans with Tweety Bird for her birthday using an Angelus Paint Kit. That first pair lit a fire in me. Soon after, I launched my brand, CaryMadeThose—so clients could say, “Cary made those.” I create wearable art that reflects each person’s story, pulling from their personality and energy to bring their vision to life. As a college student-athlete, I see art not just as something I do, but as who I am.
