The Story
I’m Christie — a mom, wife, and dental hygienist who rediscovered art after being diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer four years ago. Between surgeries and chemo, I fell into depression until one day I picked up leather paint and customized an old pair of Air Force 1s. I instantly fell in love. Creating brought me joy and purpose again. Now, my art is about light, hope, and healing — for myself and others. I design for those who need uplifting, from cancer warriors to people fighting invisible battles. Customizing shoes truly healed my soul, and I hope my work can help heal others too.
